KALAMAZOO, Michigan - Export Ope’s has recently improved our wonderful trademarked Stuffed Sandwiches by adding a more whole grain version of organic spelt flour. Why did we do this and what will this mean to you?

1. Increase in fiber
2. Increase in protein (this is not at all related to the Atkins diet, which we do not support)
3. An even healthier protein/complex-carb/fat ratio
4. Increase in alpha-linolenic fatty acid which results in an increase in omega-3 fatty acids (a healthier, more stable form of omega 3 than that found in fish)
5. An even better tasting Sandwich!
